IT Services

IT Services is an integral part of the School of Social Work. The goal of the IT Services team is to ensure that your day-to-day technological needs are met. If you need help with any of the following, please email the Helpdesk (helpdesk@hunter.cuny.edu) and provide details:

• Replace, repair, or upgrade your computer.
• Install or upgrade new software.
• Set up mobile devices/tablets with necessary software/programs
• Order and set up new equipment (pending Chair approval)
• Set up file-sharing.
• Printer or photocopier help.
• Photocopier pin code. You can also email Irene Vargas (evargas@hunter.cuny.edu)
• Ensure privacy of your computer/data for IRB purposes.
• Proposal support as it relates to technology.
• Audio visual support for events.
